UK STANDARD DELIVERY
Our standard delivery service aims to deliver your order within 3–5 working days, or within 5–7 working days during sale periods. This service is provided by Royal Mail.
- For orders £100 and over: Delivery is Free.
- For orders under £100: Delivery fee is £4.99.
UK BANK HOLIDAYS
Please note that our warehouse will not operate on UK Bank Holidays. Orders placed during these holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY
Orders placed during the Christmas period may be upgraded to Express Delivery to help ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas. Due to high demand and factors outside of our control, delivery before Christmas cannot be guaranteed for all orders. We recommend ordering in advance and referring to the messaging on our website for the latest delivery updates. In the event of any delays, please contact our customer service team.
REMOTE AREAS:
If you reside in remote areas, such as the Scottish Highlands, delivery times may be slightly extended due to geographical constraints. While we strive to deliver to all locations promptly, remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
