UK Standard Delivery 2-5 working days for free.
UK Priority Delivery 1-2 working days via UPS for £4.99. Please note this varies based on time of order, cut off is 12 noon. Please note this service will be suspended on Friday 2nd April to Monday 5th April inclusive due to UK Bank Holidays.
We deliver UK-wide but our delivery services may take longer if you live in remote areas like the Scottish Highlands.

Priority Delivery outside UK 2-5 days for £19.99. Please note this service is currently unavailable.

If you wish to return an item, please return the item in the same condition you have received it: unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with labels attached following the instructions below.
Our goodwill return policy entitles you to a refund for an item brought online with a valid receipt or parcel summary documentation within 28 days excluding sale items. For sale items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Please complete the returns form with reason code and enclose the completed form in the parcel with your item.
Please following the returns process enclosed in the returns slip.
For returns outside of UK please choose from UPS or your local postal service.
Visit www.UPS.com/track and enter your tracking number.
Your tracking number can be found on your parcel and your order email notification.
You won’t have to pay this up front when you return the parcel, the cost will be deducted from the amount we refund you at time of refund. (unless you are returning a faulty item which is free of charge).
Click "Return This Package".
Select the label option "Print your Label", " Email Link" or "Get Mobile Code". Don’t forget to enclose your returns form.
Drop your parcel off at your nearest UPS drop off - search "Locations" to find a drop off point near you.
Please note there is an option to arrange collection but this will be an addition charge to the standard return charges.
Local Postal Service Tracked
For Royal Mail please return to USPA Returns, c/o Brand Machine Group, CEVA Logistics, DC3 Hipwell Road, Kettering, UK, NN14 1UA using Royal Mail Tracked Service.
Please complete the returns form with reason code and enclose the completed form in the parcel with your item(s)
Once you have posted your return please contact the U.S. Polo Assn. customer support team via email@example.com advising us of your tracking number to avoid any delays is issuing your refund.
Please retain a receipt as proof of postage. You, the customer will cover the cost of postage.
We only accept returns via post.
Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with labels attached.
If your return complies with our returns policy, we will refund the purchase price of the product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
All refunds are processed by U.S. Polo Assn. within 10 working days of receipt of goods. During sale or peak times your refund could take up to 14 working days, and may take longer to show on your bank statement depending on your bank’s processing time.
Unfortunately on the rare occasion you receive a faulty item - this will be replaced free of charge.
Due to hygiene reasons, our underwear is non-returnable except on faulty goods.
