Can I contact someone about my missing order?

I haven’t received my order yet, when can I expect it to be delivered?

Our standard delivery service is via Royal Mail which is signed for 2nd class 2-3 day delivery service. For more information please see our delivery policy.

My order is the wrong size, can I return it?

We offer a 28 day return window on orders.  Merchandise should be in new, unworn condition, complete with all tags intact.  Please refer to our returns policy for more information.

My order is damaged, can I return it?

We apologise for this inconvenience caused. Please refer to our returns policy on our website. We will also refund your postage.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

This website delivers to UK and Ireland only.

I am waiting for a refund, when will it post?

All refunds are processed by U.S. Polo Assn. within 10 working days of receipt of goods. During sale or peak times your refund could take up to 14 working days, and may take longer to show on your bank statement depending on your bank’s processing time.

I am not sure about your fits, do you have a size guide?

Can I make an exchange on my purchase?

We currently don't offer exchanges. To make our returns process as easy as possible, we only offer refunds.  If you'd like to know how to return your items please refer to our returns policy on our website.
